The name ElCorde is a portmanteau, i.e. formed from two individual words:
El meaning ‘above’; also refers to ‘strength’, ‘might’ and ‘power’. An ancient name for God.
Corde; is Latin for ‘heart’ and also refers to ‘compassion’, ‘purpose’, ‘essence’ and ‘desire’.
We are different because:
We exist to sustain and raise local communities and economies through smart business and the principle of doing business right. This is so that all can fulfill their potential and all will maximise their destiny.
As individuals we need to reach the realisation that it is only through our common humanity that we can thrive. Like a chain we are only as strong as the weakest link: one suffers and we all suffer; one succeeds and we all succeed.
From a business perspective our focus is to build and birth enterprises so that all will thrive, then the community will flourish.
